PEORIA (WEEK) — A Danvers man was indicted September 21 for allegedly transferring obscene matter to a minor and possessing child pornography in March 2021.
The indictment against Alexander B. Smith, 22, alleges that he used Instagram to share pornographic communications with a minor.
If convicted, Smith could spend up to 20 years in prison.
He remains in the custody of the U.S. Marshal Service.
