NORMAL (WEEK) — Normal Police Assistant Chief Steve Petrilli confirms to 25 News a man in his 20’s not a resident of McLean County was shot multiple times outside an apartment complex on Traders Circle in North Normal.
He’s in critical condition at Carle BroMenn Medical Center.
No arrests have yet been made.
The shooting was reported just after midnight Sunday.
