A line of thunderstorms packing 60 mile per hour winds Tuesday night has made for a busy time for Ameren crews. The National Weather Service facility at Peoria International Airport recorded a 63 mile per hour wind gust at 8:31 PM. Hardest hit by power outages are Peoria’s south side, Creve Couer and Pekin.
