BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Public Works department added LED lighting under the Stockdale Highway and Allen Road overpass to improve safety for those using the path at night.
The illuminated improvements were made courtesy of grant funding provided by the state for bicycle and pedestrian projects.
