The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a
* Flood Warning for
the Illinois River near Havana.
* From late Sunday night until further notice.
* At 8:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage early
Monday morning and continue rising to 16.5 feet Thursday evening.
Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact…At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins to agricultural areas
not protected by levees.
