The victims in fatal crash in Germantown have been identified.
Katie Roberts, 31, her mother, Rebecca Roberts, 61, and Ashley Mance, 26 were all killed in the accident according to the Montgomery County Coroner’s office.
All are from Germantown.
Three people are dead tonight after a car and van collided on Route 4 in Germantown. The impact- sending the car onto its top.
“Officers responded and found six occupants in the two vehicles that were involved in the actual crash,” said Germantown Police Chief, Joseph Andzik.
In addition to the 3 people killed, investigators said another adult was taken to an area hospital. Their condition is still unknown. We’re also told two young children were taken by Careflight to Dayton Children’s Hospital in critical condition.
They are from the Valley View community, the greater Germantown area,” said Andzik.
Police believe the car overcorrected and went across the median line, t-boning the blue minivan.
“Dark blue minivan was headed southbound on State Route 4 and collided with that vehicle,”Andzik added.
Police said there was a third vehicle involved that’s possibly to blame for the accident. Investigators believe it took off from the scene without any damage. Now, investigators need your help looking for that car so they can talk to the driver involved.
“All I know was that it was a dark color, black, sportier, maybe a little bit older model,” said Andzik.

Three adults have died and two children are now in critical condition after a rollover crash in Germantown. One other adult was also injured. Their condition is unknown.
Police say they are now looking for third vehicle that may have been involved. That vehicle was described as a dark, possibly black, car.
Investigators believe the driver of a sedan over-corrected and went onto the wrong side of the road, hitting a minivan. At least one car rolled over.
The identities of the victims haven’t been released yet but next of kin has now been notified.
Regional dispatch confirms at least two children were among those injured after a rollover crash in Germantown. We’ve been told one child was taken by Careflight to Dayton Children’s. The other victims were taken by medics to Kettering Medical Center. The conditions of those injured have not been released yet.

Regional dispatch confirmed at least one victim was a child and that CareFlight was sent to the scene. One victim was transported to Dayton Children’s Hospital and five were sent to Kettering Medical Center.
