Two men were injured in a northwest Harris County drive-by shooting, officials said.
Deputies were dispatched shortly before 3 a.m. to the 6100 block of N. Trafalgar Court where they found two men who had been shot, police said.
Investigators believe that a man and his two nephews returned to the residence from a bar.
While they were outside the home, multiple people pulled up in a vehicle and an altercation ensued.
At least one occupant of the vehicle started shooting, striking one nephew in the leg and the resident in the abdomen, police said.
The driver sped off.
Both men were transported to the hospital, one by Life Flight.
Authorities gave no suspect vehicle description. Detectives were reviewing surveillance footage of the shooting as the investigation continues.
