A man was shot and murdered in a conflict with sheriff’s appointees close to Interstate 25 south of Denver, specialists said.
Douglas County Sheriff’s Office agents reacted at about 6:15 p.m. to a report of a man with a firearm almost an entrance for the highway along Happy Valley Road, the sheriff’s office said.
Authorities said Samuel Yeager, 23, kicked the bucket in the shooting however didn’t indicate who shot him. It was obscure if Yeager terminated at appointees.
No different wounds were accounted for. An old neighborhood for Yeager was not given.
The shooting happened around 25 miles south of downtown Denver in a territory with various rustic regions.
Doorways to the highway along Happy Valley Road were shut down as specialists worked the scene.
