PHOENIX (AP) — A pedestrian has died after being struck by a train in Phoenix, according to police.
Witnesses told police that the woman was hit around 6 p.m. as she walking on the train tracks.
Police said it’s still unclear why she was on the tracks.
The woman was declared dead at the scene.
Her name and age haven’t been released yet.
