Maine (AP) — A police officer who helped pull a driver from a burning vehicle acted as though it was no big deal, his chief said.
Aryn Johnson, 19, was pulled to safety after his car caught fire after a crash in Mechanic Falls.
A police cruiser dash cam captured the moment officer Andre Chasse pulled Johnson from the burning vehicle. A passerby helped.
“He was just like, ‘Yeah, I had to pull the guy out of the vehicle.’ And he made it seem like it wasn’t any big thing. But I watched the video and I was totally impressed with his actions,” Mechanic Falls Police Chief Jeffrey Goss said
