A man was killed and six people were injured after a mass shooting at a party in Springfield. Shooting at a building on South Grand Avenue 1100. Officials say the hosts of the post-Valentine’s Day party were from outside the city and rented the building for the event. Witnesses say that five people were shot, including Carlos Dozer, 22, who died from several gunshot wounds. Two other people were injured while trying to escape from the building when the shooting started. Police are continuing to investigate.
