Authorities say one person was killed and three others were injured after a shooting inside a bowling alley in Montgomery County.
Police responded to Our Town Alley on 2,900 blocks of Suwaidi Road in East Noriton shortly before 7 PM. For fire reports.
One person was reportedly killed at the scene and three others were transferred to district hospitals.
Officials did not provide information on the condition of the victims. Noriton Township Police Chief Brandon Pascuali said other victims had likely been taken to nearby hospitals.
Investigators believe that the shooting was carried out by one gunman who fled the area before the police arrived. No description of the suspect was given.
“This is not a common event here, this is a relatively safe neighborhood, the community is small,” Pasquale said.
