7 shots fired near the transit station in North Philadelphia

Police said at least seven people were wounded in the fire near a transit station in North Philadelphia.

Police said two people were injured in the back shortly before 3 pm. Near the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority station in Olney.

Three people were injured in the arm, ankle and leg, respectively. There was no immediate information on the injuries of the other two victims.

Six of them were transferred to the Albert Einstein Medical Center and one to Temple University Hospital. It was not immediately available their condition and the seriousness of their injuries.

Police stated that two firearms and one person were found in custody.
