A Pensacola man held in Escambia County Jail without bail on charges of battery and sexual offense charges.
Walter Medina, 34, was arrested.
According to an arrest report, a woman said that at about 1 p.m., Madina encountered her in her home and began accusing her of betraying him.
The report says they have started arguing, and Medina said he wants to check if she is cheating.
According to the report, the woman said that Medina threw her on the bed, took off her pants and underwear against her will, and then smelled the scent of her private zone. After that, he decided that she was cheating on him.
After a short time, I left my home town and headed to work. He came home later in the night and beat the woman, according to the report.
The report stated that the woman called the police to the house, and the officers arrested Medina after he jumped on the fence and tried to flee.
