A man died after a shooting in Austin.

A few minutes later, another call was received by 911 about a man shot in Springdale, south of 290. First responders arrived and tried to save the man’s life but was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe the shooting began with some kind of disruption at the first location the man was wounded. They think the victim’s friend then drove him to Springdale and here she called 911.
