Georgia authorities said one man was killed and three others were wounded after a birthday party quarrel that erupted in gunfire.
Agent Jimmy Steinberg of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the violence erupted after 2am on a Sunday at a restaurant that was hosting a private birthday party.
Steinberg said the row led to the shooting. A man was shot dead and two others underwent surgery after being wounded. He said that a third person was injured after being hit by a car while fleeing the restaurant.
Colgate County pathologist, Verlaine Brook, determined that the person who was killed was 25-year-old Roderick Moore from Moultrie.
The authorities did not immediately announce any arrests.
