Dallas Police said they have arrested a 21-year-old who killed his co-driver.

Joshua Scott is charged with premeditated murder in the case.

Officers were called to Block 4100 from Langdon Road, shortly before 11:55 am, around a dead person.

Dallas Fire Rescue teams found 33-year-old Joshua Miller, and he was pronounced dead.

Police investigators found that Miller was a co-driver, and had picked up a contestant, Joshua Scott, near where he was killed.

It was determined that Scott attempted to steal Miller while riding and police said he then assaulted Miller until he died.

The officers managed to find Scott, who was arrested and taken to prison.
