Phoenix Police said a 55-year-old man died shortly after he was shot in Phoenix.
Officers responded to the Kingman Street and 95th Street area to report the shooting around 1:20 a.m. There they found Jose Morales Roman injured by a gunshot.
He was taken to the hospital where he died.
