A 22-year-old man was arrested after a 2-year-old girl was shot in the head while playing with a pistol in Macon, Georgia

Pep County MPs detained Leishon Grimes during the investigation and later accused him of cruelty to the second-degree children and theft by receiving him. Investigators said the gun was owned by Grimes and that the gun was stolen in July.
