Officials are looking for a man they say shot three others in a convenience store in northern Colombia.
Richland County Mayor says 31-year-old James Gammar Twatley is as the shooting suspect. Representatives say one of the men killed got into an argument with Tuttali at the store around 2:40 a.m.
Tuatly pulled out a pistol and started shooting. A man died before being taken to hospital. Another died in hospital, while a third wounded person was still in hospital.
None of the victims were named. Officials say Touati is armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
