Police said women were killed in separate shooting incidents in Detroit overnight.
Police said a 19-year-old woman in a car was killed when the shooter in a passing SUV opened fire at around 7:20 pm.
No other injuries were reported.
In the second shooting, police said a 39-year-old woman traveling in a car was hit by a fatal bullet by a person in a passing car at 12:55 a.m. on Saturday.
Police said a 40-year-old man and three boys between the ages of 15, 12 and 9 who were in the same car were injured.
Detroit Police have not released further information about the shooting.
