Baltimore County Police say six people were shot, and a 13-year-old boy was killed overnight at a Rossdale shopping center.
The police responded around midnight to the Kenwood Shopping Center on Hazelwood Street.
Investigators believe the victims were attending an event at Triple Threat Elite Dance on Kenwood Street.
Police say that when the victims left the event, several suspects approached them in the parking lot, and an altercation ensued, then fired several shots at the group.
The 13-year-old has been identified as Ricky Voorhand. The other victims, a 14-year-old boy and girl, 12-year-old boys, and a 19-year-old man, are expected to survive.
