Japan‘s NHK reported that 15 people were killed and 45 injured when a man carrying a knife launched a rampage at a disabled facility in the Japanese city of Sagamihara.
Police told NNK World that they received a call from an employee of the facility in western Tokyo, after 2:30 a.m.
Police told Kyodo News that the man turned himself in after the attack. It was not immediately known the motive of the attack.
