In the early morning, the owner of the Takeria stall in Montgomery County was killed.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, they responded to shots fired at FM 2978 and Caraway, North Tumball, around 1:15 am.
When the deputies arrived, they found a 37-year-old Hispanic man with a gunshot wound.
Eyewitnesses said that the man was robbed and then shot by two unidentified men who later fled the scene.
We were told this is the third time this business has been stolen.
The authorities did not disclose other details.
