Officials said a 4-year-old boy and his 6-year-old sister were killed after they were hit by a truck while playing a mini-golf game on a Florida course.
Panama City Beach Police said in a press release that the driver, Scott Donaldson, veered off the road and ended up on the track, hitting the two younger siblings on Friday. The boy died at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park while his sister was hospitalized and later died.
Debbie Ward, a Panama City Beach spokeswoman, said the family was visiting from Louisville, Kentucky. The charges were pending as the incident was still under investigation.
