American states have rushed to impose general isolation measures to reduce cases of coronavirus infection.

And in California, the most populous state, bars, hair and barbershops will close at 11:59 pm.

The state allowed restaurants to open their doors, and to limit their activities to home delivery in the regions of Southern California and San Joaquin Valley.

The San Francisco Bay area will also impose a general lockdown, starting at 10 pm.

Deborah Birx, the White House coordinator to combat the Corona epidemic, expressed her disappointment with the way President Donald Trump dealt with the repercussions of the Corona crisis.

She said, “The conflicting messages issued by the Trump administration have negatively affected the perceptions of some Americans about masks, social distancing and occasions, which are the most common spread of infection.

“Now in the southern states we have governors and mayors who have cases equivalent to what was present in the summer and so far they do not apply the same policies and mitigation measures that they applied in the summer and which they know have changed the course of this pandemic in the south,” she added.

During the last 24 hours, the United States recorded 230,000 new infections with the Coronavirus, while the deaths reached 2527, a new record for the third day.
