Police have arrested a father who slaughtered his one-month-old infant by punching the infant in the head.
Anthony Trace punched his baby boy during a tantrum after losing a video game.
The accused hit the child’s head with the control device before carrying it to silence him, but he fell from his hand to the ground.
Trice left the baby and went to prepare the milk for him. On his return, he found him in serious condition, but the child died in hospital.
The father is now accused of committing “criminal assault” against a first-degree child, and the charge has also been escalated to murder, with a million dollar bail set for his release.
