A driver is killed in a violent accident in Vista, California.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the accident occurred on Hanalei Drive near Santa Fe Street in Vista around 6:30 a.m.
The CHP said the car flipped over, passed the fence and landed on some train tracks.
There was no other immediate information.
