A 92-year-old woman killed her 72-year-old son, in order not to send her to a nursing home.
Police said that Anna May Blessig felt her son’s desire to take her to a nursing home, to shoot him with a pistol she had bought in the 1970s, and to kill him.
The police found the son dead, after he had been shot between the neck and the jaw.
The mother tried to kill her son’s friend, who is 57 years old, but the latter managed to overcome and control her.
It is reported that the old woman was accused of premeditated murder, excessive assault and kidnapping, and the bail she requested amounted to 500 thousand dollars.
