Captured in a fatal shooting incident in Clarksville.
The shooting occurred at the 2100 block of Blakemore Drive around 10 pm. Clarksville Police have identified 24-year-old Austin Moss as the victim who died.
Police have arrested 25-year-old Scott Hines in connection with the accident. He was held in Montgomery County Jail for criminal murder.
The bond has not been identified.
