The Escampia County Sheriff’s Office arrested an 18-year-old in Pensacola for shooting in Foley.
Representatives Clinton arrested Lee Locker around 12:30. He was wanted for shooting a 17-year-old in Foley on Friday.
“A relationship between Locker and the victim has been discovered, and it is believed that the motive behind the shooting was a dispute over Dean,” Foley Police said in a statement. It was not a random act.
The victim was injured three times while in hospital.
Locker was accused of attempted murder and shooting at an occupied residence. The second charge stemmed from a bullet that hit a nearby apartment.
The Baldwin County Police Department and the Baldwin County Attorney’s Office assisted the case.
