A man and teenager traveling to Arizona from Illinois were killed after a double shooting last week.
Phoenix Police say 16-year-old Faith Kiss and 24-year-old Alexander O’Neill died after a shooting inside the home of O’Neill’s parents.
Police responded to the house to follow up on a report on a missing Illinois girl. When they arrived, the homeowners admitted the girl was staying there and agreed to go get her. Then the officers heard two bullets from inside the house. Inside they found Kies and O’Neill with gunshot wounds.
O’Neal was announced dead at the scene and Keys was taken to hospital, where she later died.
Investigators believe O’Neill pointed the gun at himself, and it is believed that the two may have been in an affair.
Keys was a native of McHenry County, Illinois. She died in hospital of her wounds.
