Men from Tennessee are accused of raping a 9-month-old girl and filming the attack.
Media reported that 19-year-old Isiah Deccan Hayes and 22-year-old Dairos Jomari Ace were jury indicted for accusations including the aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
A statement from the Shelby County Prosecutor’s Office said the men were informed of the police when the girl’s mother found footage of the attack.
I was able to recognize the guys from the video.
The statement says that investigators determined that Hayes was in the video and that Ace filmed it. Hayes was also charged with child rape.
Ayse has also been charged with criminal responsibility for another person’s behavior in aggravated child rape
