A man has been accused of stabbing his killer girlfriend inside a Virginia home.
In a statement, Richmond Police said officers found victim Christina Cunningham unresponsive after being called to a home in Richmond on Sunday night to report on a man “who may have been suffering from a psychotic episode”. Cunningham’s death was announced at the scene.
The Richmond Times Dispatch reported that police first met Morrie E. Williams, Cunningham’s friend, who authorities say reported officers to the stabbing at the home.
Williams was charged with murder and stabbing for a felony. It was not immediately clear if he had a lawyer who could comment on his behalf.
