Norwich Police say one man was shot multiple times in the night.
At 8:52 p.m., police in the Washington and Broad Street area responded about the shooting. They found a 30-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. He was transferred to Bacchus Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
Police say the perpetrator fled the scene, and they do not know if the shooting was a targeted attack against the victim.
