A teenage boy is shot in Chatham on the south side of Chicago
The boy, 16, was standing outside at around 8:55 p.m. In 200th block of East 79th Street when someone passed and shot, Chicago Police said.
Police said the boy was hit in the stomach and back and was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center. Listed in reasonable condition.
District two investigators are investigating.
