Two people were shot and one of them lost his life after a shooting near Witten Road, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Officers arrived at the scene at around 3:20 PM. And I found two people shot.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The other one was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Memphis police said they believe the responsible person is a white man with long blonde hair.
This is an ongoing investigation.
