Walmart has announced a plan for Black Friday sales that will not be like any other it has hosted.
The retail giant will spread its annual sales event from the traditional one-day rush to stock up on Christmas gifts to three separate events. The three events are called the “Black Friday Shows of Days.”
Citing health concerns amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Walmart says that by posting the shopping event, both customers and affiliates will be safer.
“We were very thoughtful as we planned this year’s event.” Scott McCall, Executive Vice President and Head of Commerce, said by posting deals over several days and making our most important deals available online, we expect the Black Friday experience in our stores to be safer and more manageable for our customers and partners. Shoppers can pick up deals during three separate events during the month of November, according to a statement from Walmart. Each online savings event will begin on Walmart.com and continue at Walmart stores, according to the retailer.
Customers will have the option to pick up their Black Friday order online with Walmart’s contact-free dock delivery service, which is new this year.
According to Walmart’s website, “During the“ Black Friday Deals for Days ”event at Walmart, customers will discover savings on new items from top brands, such as HP, Instant Pot, LEGO, LOL Surprise! And Roku and Shark, including deals on Many items that can only be found at Walmart. “

(Online deals begin on November 4 with new deals in stores on November 7): To kick off Black Friday Deals Days, Walmart will offer deals on toys, electronics, and home products.
Start Online at Walmart.com Nov 4 at 7 PM. ET, clients can see deals like onn. 42-inch UHD Roku TV for only $ 88.
Deals continue in Walmart stores on November 7 starting at 5 a.m. local time with items like Magic Bullet Blender for $ 15 and New Bright 1: 6 RC Truck for $ 40.
The new deals will also be launched on Walmart.com on November 7 at 12 a.m. ET.
(Online deals kick off Nov 11 with new deals in stores Nov 14): Walmart’s second event will feature deals on televisions, computers, and tablets. Savings on movies, music, clothing, home and other items will also be available.
Online deals on Walmart.com will begin Nov 11 at 7 PM. ET with new deals on Walmart.com on November 14 at 12 a.m. ET and in stores starting at 5 a.m. local time.
Walmart will also host an in-store and online wireless phone event on November 14th with deals on iPhones and Samsung phones.
(Online deals begin November 25 with new deals in stores on November 27): The third event will feature deals on electronics, toys, and gifts across clothing and the home, as well as seasonal decor.
Performances will be premiered on Walmart.com on November 25 at 7 PM. ET. The new deals will be available on Walmart.com at 12 a.m. ET and in stores at 5 a.m. local time on November 27, Black Friday.
