Authorities said a child was in hospital after a fire broke out outside a Michigan nightclub during a birthday party.
The car shooting occurred around 20:30 in the Zab region in the delta region. A woman Lens said that her 3-year-old granddaughter and other family members were attending a birthday party inside the venue when gunshots were fired outside, and the girl was beaten.
Authorities said a child was undergoing surgery at a nearby hospital.
Investigators with the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office are still searching for the suspect or suspects in connection with the shooting. No other information was available directly.
