Five people were injured after a gunman stormed a home in East Garfield Park and opened fire.
Chicago Police said a person entered the house at around 5:40 p.m., at Building 200 on North Sacramento Boulevard, pulled a handgun and shot the people inside before fleeing.
A 27-year-old man was injured in the leg and arm and taken to Mt. Police said Sinai Hospital was in critical condition. A 32-year-old man who was shot in the buttocks was in critical condition in the same hospital, along with a 37-year-old man who was in good condition with a gunshot to the foot.
Police said two men, aged 25 and 27, were taken to Struger Hospital in good condition. The young man was hit by a bullet in the leg, and the older man was hit in the arm, body and back.
No one is in custody as District Three investigators are investigating.
