A woman was killed in a shooting in Koreatown and a team of Police Special Police forces searched for the shooter.
The offices were called to Building 900 on South Wilton Place, near Ninth Street, at around 9:15 p.m. The victim, who was pronounced dead, was located at the scene, according to Officer Jeff Lee of the Los Angeles Police Department.
He told me that a SWAT team was called to the site to search for the suspect. It was not immediately possible to describe the suspect.
The age and name of the victim were not revealed.
