Three men were injured in a shooting at Kenwood, on the south side.
Several people were inside a house at about 2:40 am at 4600 Block of South Drexel Boulevard when one of them opened fire after an altercation, according to Chicago police.
Police said a 21-year-old was shot in the groin and transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition. A 20-year-old man was injured in the hand and forearm and was taken to the same hospital in good condition.
Police said a third man, aged 24, sustained a head injury and refused medical treatment.
No one is in custody while District One investigators are investigating.
