Representatives say two dead men were found in Baldwin County early in the morning. The deputies considered the deaths to be murders.
Baldwin County Police Office said the bodies were found in 95 County Road around 4 a.m.
The victims have been identified as Ryan Fraser and Joshua Carroll – both from Seattle, Washington. Representatives say the two men installed a fiber-optic cable and were in the area performing contract work.
“I think he was a newspaper delivery clerk, outside and this morning,” said Lieutenant Andre Reid of Baldwin County’s Major Crimes Unit. “He came across the two victims and informed the police.”
At this time, officials do not know if they were killed in County Road 95 or were brought there. But Reid says they were both in shock.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death for both of them.
The investigation is underway. No suspects have been arrested at this time.
Investigators say this is an isolated crime and there is no current threat to society.
