Police said two 13-year-olds, a boy and a girl, were charged with premeditated murder for the shooting of a man who was asleep.
Victim, Renee Ray Rodriguez Jr., was shot while he was sleeping in his bed at a home on Lasis Boulevard.
Investigators said at the time that Rodriguez was found by his father, and there appeared to be no indication that he had entered by force.
Police said they arrested two teenagers. All of them are facing murder charges. Their identities were not revealed.
