He was in a car at a traffic light around 4:50 p.m. Chicago Police said in the 1600 district of East 67th Street when another car stopped and someone inside opened fire. The 21-year-old was injured in the leg and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in a reasonable condition.

A person was injured in a gunfire earlier this afternoon in Karagin, on the northwestern side.

Chicago police said, at about 1:30 p.m., a man was shot in the arm at 5500 West School Street. He was taken to Community First Medical Center in an unknown condition.
