A man from Baltimore died in a motorcycle crash in Rossdale. He was thrown off his motorbike and then was hit by a 4×4 after losing control of his car.
According to Maryland State Police, officers were called to I-695 at Route 40 just past midnight Sunday. Police say 35-year-old Brian Thompson lost control of his motorcycle at the top of the ramp from Route 40 to the inner ring of the Belt Road.
At that point, the motorcycle had traveled through all traffic lanes before Thompson was kicked off the motorcycle. Moments later, an SUV rammed Thompson while he was lying on the road. The driver of the car remained at the scene.
