A man was killed in a shooting in Minneapolis.
Shortly after 10 p.m.
Police officers were near the intersection of Bloomington Street and East 26th Street when they heard gunfire, according to the Minneapolis Police Department.
The officers who returned the shots found a man, believed to be in his 30s, with a gunshot wound. They called the paramedics and began to help the man.
Paramedics took the victim to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he later died.
The shooting is under investigation. Nobody is in custody.
