Police found a man shot inside a house off Edgewood Avenue West,
Shortly after 4:15 a.m., JSO responded to the house on Tusk Road in the Magnolia Gardens neighborhood, and found a man in his 30s unresponsive, suffering from a one-shot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Police say the victim was not living in the house. Officers found several other people inside the house and three people were detained for questioning
The JSO stated that it did not believe this was a shooting from a speeding vehicle. The officers did not provide any suspicious information.
Investigators are looking for potential witnesses and video evidence.
