Australian police managed to arrest an elderly man, at the age of 102, who raped a 92-year-old woman in a nursing home on the outskirts of Sydney.
The incident occurred during lunchtime, and the police did not specify the act of the elderly person, except that he was accused of committing an inappropriate act.
According to Australian law, some acts such as touching sensitive places and other acts attributed to sexual suggestion that are committed without the victim’s consent can be called “sexual assault” and other non-sexual acts are included in this section of Australian law, if they are intended to obtain “Sexual pleasure.”
The old man, who was arrested by the police, faces a prison sentence of up to 7 years, at the court session next month.
