Phoenix Police said a woman died after a serious two-car accident on 26th Street and McDowell.
Investigators say a woman was driving west on McDowell Road at high speed when she crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a Prius that was traveling east.
The driver, who was identified from 50-year-old Torre Rivero, died at the scene. Three men driving a Prius were taken to hospital with severe but not life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is underway.
